KFIG is a sports radio station broadcasting at 940 kHz in Fresno, California, United States of America. KFRE was first licensed on August 18, 1937 on 1190 kHz. It moved to 890 kHz in 1939 then to 920 kHz in 1941 as a result of the NARBA agreement. It moved to the current 940 kHz frequency in 1942. 940 ESPN and 790 ESPN "The Deuce" are the Valleys' #1 stations for all your local and national sports news.
